Julie draws upon compassion and curiosity to foster a safe environment for clients to explore their lived experiences.  Above all else, she desires for her clients to be seen, known and valued.  

In her practice, Julie utilizes her training in Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy, Restoration Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support her clients.  

She also explores family systems with clients as a tool in self-understanding, strength and empowerment to foster healthy growth and change.
